Parramatta Park (Old Government House and Domain)\u00a0is one of the 11 historic places that together form the Australian Convict Sites World Heritage property.<\/p>\n
There’s evidence of 20,000 years of Aboriginal occupation and land use and it was a Vice-Regal domain from 1788. It became a public park in 1858 – one of the earliest in the world.<\/p>\n
There are many wedding ceremony locations to choose from, including The Bathhouse,\u00a0Rumsey Rose Garden and\u00a0a choice of many lawns.<\/p>\n
The rose garden comprises rose arbours and beds around a central lawn and paved paths. Suitable for wedding ceremonies, photography, cocktail parties and small gatherings.
