Lena and Lincoln<\/a><\/h2>\n

Captured by Blue Tulip Imaging, Lena and Lincoln exchanged vows before 108 family and friends at their wedding held at Fig Tree Restaurant, where Tom Francis<\/a> gave an acoustic rendition of Empire of the Sun’s Walking on a Dream<\/em> for the ceremony.<\/p>\n

As a nod to Lena’s heritage, the pair incorporated Jewish traditions in their ceremony, including Lena circling Lincoln, and kicking off the reception celebrations with a high-energy chair and circle dance.<\/p>\n

“Our wedding was a romantic celebration of our love, set to the beautiful backdrop of Byron Bay,” Lena says. “We partied non-stop and everyone, especially our guests, didn’t stop smiling!”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lena’s gorgeous bridal makeup and hair was created by Aurum Bride<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The couple sourced their wedding invitations from Deciduous Press<\/a>, and Coast 58 Weddings\u00a0<\/a>provided retro Kombi wheels for the Byron Bay wedding.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Casey and Sean<\/a><\/h2>\n

Captured by Figtree Wedding Photography, Pilbara heavy haulage train drivers Casey and Sean held their Byron Bay wedding in Ewingsdale, NSW.<\/p>\n

The pair entrusted their wedding suppliers to ’embrace their creative side’, particularly event planners Sugar and Spice Events<\/a>. “I had complete faith in the team and our wedding surpassed all my expectations,” praises Casey.<\/p>\n

“We danced, sang, laughed, and happy-cried our way through the night with our closest family and friends,” she recalls. “Our weddings was a true reflection of ourselves and the way we like to celebrate – loudly with a great band!”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Casey and Sean meticulously planned their day with their guests’ in mind, even down to facing the marquee west so they could enjoy the sunset over the hills during cocktail hour!<\/p>\n

Decinda from Sugar and Spice Events<\/a> describes, “We planned every single glorious detail, from the magnificent suspended garden with gold and crystal chandeliers, to a sparkling bridal table clad with gold sequins, long banquet tables set with towering centrepieces and sporadic candles to make room for a feasting banquet and glamorous gold cutlery with vintage French-inspired crockery and glass chargers.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n

Katie and Adam<\/a><\/h2>\n

Captured by Simon J Coulson Photography<\/a>, \u00a0Katie and Adam’s eclectic wedding held at Graciosa in Bangalow, NSW included 70 guests from all over the world. The couple exchanged vows under the breathtaking bamboo arch on the property at Graciosa that overlooks the Byron Bay Hinterland.<\/p>\n

“When do you ever get the change to see everyone together in the same place in such good spirits?” says Katie.<\/p>\n

She says the day was a huge success thanks to their amazing vendors and suppliers, as well as some DIY efforts from the groom. “Adam spent most weekends building bench seating and altars, being very hands-on and doing things ourselves was extremely important to us.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Katie is a textile designer and Adam a furniture maker – skills which came in handy in creating their wedding day.<\/p>\n

The couple’s advice for other newlyweds-to-be? Make sure you aren’t too busy to eat dessert!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Carla and Lee<\/a><\/h2>\n

Captured by Anchor & the Sea Photography, Carla and Lee exchanged vows at their boho wedding held at Ewingsdale Hall in Byron Bay.<\/p>\n

“I wanted a boho feel and went with a long-sleeve mermaid, bateau-neck, lace wedding dress, along with a flower crown for me and all the bridesmaids,” explains Cara. “I hired a singer on guitar to entertain the guests outside under the festoon lighting, bar tables and ottomans while we took photos down the Ewingsdale lane, in front of the graffiti ball in Byron Bay, and on the beach at sunset.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Carla’s natural makeup look was achieved beautifully by Aurum Bride<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lee sourced his dapper bone-coloured suit from Roger David<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Bilambil Farm Spit Roast Catering<\/a> provided the official wedding catering, and each guest went home with bomboniere purchased from Affordable DIY Weddings and Events<\/a>.<\/p>\n

“Our wedding was filled with love and laughter,” Cara says. “It was low key and relaxed and a fun day had by all.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
