The Force is strong with\u00a0Aussie couple Caroline Ritter and Andrew Porters who will marry at the official world premier of the hotly anticipated new\u00a0Star Wars<\/em> film, The Force Awakens –<\/em> and Darth Vader will be walking the bride down the aisle.<\/p>\n

The NSW couple will marry on December 17 outside Hollywood’s iconic\u00a0TCL Chinese Theater where the latest Star Wars<\/em> flick will premiere.<\/p>\n

The fanatical\u00a0Star Wars<\/em> devotees were chosen by the theatre to have their nuptials performed on the big day (by a celebrant named ‘Obi’ Sean, nonetheless) and\u00a0will declare\u00a0their vows just before the first screening.<\/span><\/p>\n

They will be surrounded by hoards of fellow\u00a0enthusiasts\u00a0who will,\u00a0undoubtedly, be dressed in their finest\u00a0intergalactic attire.<\/p>\n

The bride. 34, says she’ll be wearing a classic white dress but there’s no news on whether by classic she means Princess Leia classic or Princess Grace classic.<\/p>\n

We do know, however, her wedding gown\u00a0will feature a crafty\u00a0Star Wars<\/em> tribute:\u00a0hand-made crystal X-Wing starfighters.<\/p>\n

The couple, who have been dating for eight years, have been camping outside the theatre\u00a0since December 5\u00a0(!!) with a group of more than\u00a0100 equally die-hard Star Wars<\/em> zealots.<\/p>\n

“It was the theatre’s idea,” Caroline told\u00a0Mashable<\/em>.<\/a> “They asked if anyone was interested in getting married here on the premiere date.<\/p>\n

“This theatre changed my life in 2002. It was the perfect spot for us,” said Caroline who has partaken in the theatre’s Lining Up for Star Wars events in both 2002 and 2005, “The family and friendships we’ve made, that’s why I keep coming back. TCL have been fantastic to let us do this.<\/p>\n

“This is a dream come true.”<\/p>\n

Local Hollywood businesses have chipped in to make the couple’s big day even more authentic. Ice cream chain\u00a0Baskin-Robbins is supplying a Star Wars<\/em>-themed wedding<\/a> cake, while a local hotel will provide the Hunter Valley couple a suite on the night of their wedding.<\/p>\n

Sadly, Caroline’s father can’t walk her down\u00a0the aisle, however, she found the\u00a0perfect replacement: Star Wars’ most famous father, Darth Vader.<\/p>\n

“My dad hates flying, even for my own wedding, but it will be live streamed so he can still see it.”<\/p>\n
