I’ll be honest, I’m usually more of a savoury guy, but this cake absolutely blew me away. Not only did it look incredible, like something straight out of a magazine...but it was hands-down the best cake I’ve ever had. The layers were moist, the flavours balanced perfectly, and the icing wasn’t overly sweet (huge win in my books). Our guests are still talking about it weeks later. It was the perfect centrepiece for our big day, and I’d recommend it to anyone who wants a cake that tastes just as good as it looks.
