Featured Suppliers:

I wore my Grandmothers/mothers pearl necklace, a pearl and gem bracelet and pearl studded earrings. I wanted to keep it very simple as the dress was very detailed.

Wedding Theme:

The wedding color scheme was Purple, Green and White. They worked really well together and went perfectly with the spring colors of the venue.

We had green, purple and white roses for the bouquets, the groomsmen wore a purple buttonhole and the groom wore a white rose buttonhole. We also had white and lilac rose petals to throw after the ceremony.

Ceremony Reception Decor

The reception was again decorated with the three colors purple green and white, we had purple chair sashes and napkins with fresh seasonal white flowers for the tables. We also had candlesticks and organized for 2 disposable cameras on each table so they guest could take their own photos.

We hired a black stretch limo for the groomsmen and bridesmaids while we borrowed a friends black JAG for the bride and brothers.

Our bomboniere's were a mix of green and purple jellybeans and green and purple hard rock candies with our names on them in a clear noodle box style container, they also doubled as placards

The cake was the grooms idea we had a 3 tier cake the bottom tier was chocolate mud cake, the middle tier was white chocolate cake and the top tier was jaffa cake. It was finished with a white icing and gold rope/ribbon around each tier with fresh flowers cascading down it to match the bridal bouquet.

We had an acoustic band for the ceremony then had a house DJ for the ceremony.

We spent our honeymoon in New York City (and Surrounds) for 2 weeks. We booked an apartment so it felt like we were actually living there it was incredible.

Special Moments:

Seeing Mikes face as I walked down the isle and sharing my father daughter dance with my grandfather.

Try to go around to all your guests at the reception ASAP as the night goes so fast you may not get around to everyone otherwise.
