Wedding Dress:

A gorgeous strapless Wendy Makin dress in creamy mocha matt silk, lace bodice, a waisted satin white ribbon and a crystal broach to finish the look. Four months before the wedding we found out I was pregnant and yet I still fitted into that gorgeous dress when I was 17 weeks!


Bliss jewellery. Crystal drop earnings and matching bracelet. Silver clutch and mocha shoes.

Groom's Attire:

Male Manor - custom fitted. Charcoal suits with ivory shirts. Male Manor - custom fitted. Charcoal suits with ivory shirts. Groom wore an ivory/mocha floral print tie and the groomsmen wore a lilac/purple version of the same tie.


Mushroom purple Matt silk custom made dresses. Strapless with waisted tie and finished just above the knee. Silver drop earrings and shoes. The flower girl work a dress made of the same material as the bridal gown with a mushroom purple waisted sash.

Wedding Theme:

Purple and ivory


Honeymoon roses for the bridesmaids, ivory and honeymoon roses for the bridal bouquet. A single short stemmed rose for the flower girl.

Ceremony Reception Decor

Riverside elegance. Mood lighting and lantens. Crystal Float bowl center pieces with rose petals and candles.


Ivory boxes with heart chocolates tied up with a purple ribbon.


By Sarah Jane at Cake That! 3 tier cream and mocha colored chocolate cake with sugar roses on top. Top tier had pearl glazed strips and the roses, 2nd tier had white vines, bottom tier had the pearl glazed strips again.


Unique DJ took care of the reception music and helped us with our crowd pleasing wedding dance. We did our version of the evolution of dance. You can find us on youtube!


Amore on Buderim - Couples cabins. A beautiful elegant cabin surrounded by bushland. So quite and peaceful, it was perfect.

Special Moments:

Making a wedding dance to remember. Our friends are still talking about it and it was heaps of fun (although very hard to dance in that dress).
