First Look Studios Photography and Videography

Absolutely! We do lots of weddings throughout Australia and we even travel abroad for destination weddings with some couples.  We love the variety as it makes for interesting backdrops and scenery to work with.

Travel is worked out on a per film basis. Any location that is within 60 minutes of the CBD has no travel fee. Beyond that, there may be a small charge. If the venue is several hours from the CBD requiring a filmmaker or photographer to stay over night an accomodation cost may be charged.

We offer both Video and Photo packages. If you book both with us, that's great- you can sit back knowing we have it covered.

Or just book us for one service and well happily team up with the other videographer or photographer youv'e chosen.

A couples budget is obviously a factor here, and every couples is different. we cant advise you on that but we can break down other things to consider.

The collections are largely broken down by time of coverage and length or amounts of edits delivered. So if you want the whole day filmed from start to finish, you should look at Level 2 and 3. If you're happy with the reception not being captured and just need a few hours covered then Level 1 may be the best option for you.

We also offer an Essentials package for the couples who arent quite commited to booking a level 1 but want us there to capture their day.

We wanted to give an option for every single couple to have their day filmed, even if they don't want to book or havent got the budget for a package with highlight film and other edits included.

Our Essentials package gives you the coverage of or Level 1 Collection but without the edited highlight film, making it a great choice for couples who are not too interested in the film but don't want to miss their one chance to capture the day.

This is also a great option for those that are unsure what they want- once we have the footage captured, a highlight film can always be edited from it, whether that 3 months down the line or never at all, or on your anniversary perhaps? Thats not for us to say but the point is, you only get one chance to record your wedding day and the Essentials package allows you to do so. You get 4 hours of coverage and recieve all the footage, cleaned up and organised into a few watchable chapters. We call this our “Keepsake Edit”
