Hi There! I'm Monique and I have managed Ooralba Estate for 12 years and live and love the South Coast of New South Wales. I am a trained chef and event planner and my career has seen me travel the world to design events for royalty, celebrities and the UHNWI all over the world on their luxury yachts, private estates and even private islands. I have a deep understanding of event design and concept, management, planning and execution. I look forward to chatting with you about your wedding day!
