The Waterfront Function Centre Sans Souci

What a venue! Not only is it stunning, but the team are the best in the business! Thankyou Mel, Rebecca & Amy :) From the second I met with the team, I knew I was in the right place & hands. We had several covid cancellations prior for our overseas wedding & had lost alot of $, but the ladies made us feel safe & excited again about getting married. We had the most magical day - everything was perfect! Belinda from Bstyledbybelinda is an angel and is brilliant at her job - she styled our outdoor ceremony in the park outside the venue PLUS the reception inside & our bouquet & flowers throughout. It was stunning! I will forever be indebted to these ladies from Waterfront & Belinda. We had our wedding on the 25th January 2020. I can’t recommend the venue and the staff enough. They made the planning effortless and our day was super magical. Nothing was a problem as they always had a solution. We had an outdoor ceremony and at that time we had heavy rain, however they had an amazing plan B, which we did t need thankfully but it was great that it was in place. If you are thinking of getting married and have your reception there you will not be disappointed! Melissa and her team are super AMAZING!

This Waterfront Function Centre in Sans Souci was the first place we looked at and we knew it should have been the only place. After some initial hiccups with the event co ordinators, Mel made us feel like we were the most important people to her and her experience and insights made our wedding day perfect. It seemed that she even gave us the most glorious winter day for our “once upon a second time ‘round”. The beautiful vista, sunset on the water and the attentiveness of the staff who served the sumptuous feast had so many of our guests tell us that the real sense of joy at our wedding made it the best wedding that they had ever been to. Heartfelt thanks to Mel and her staff and as we approach our first anniversary, we wish that we could do it all again.. Bryan and Charmaine
