Offering a warehouse feel with exposed brick and lofted ceiling, Stanton & Co. is a unique venue with a food and beverage offering to match!

Located in the revived warehouse of The Cannery in Rosebery, this venue is home to a spectacular dining room, expansive bar and open kitchen.

The team, led by Brody Petersen and Regan Porteous, have collaborated with the renowned Alexander & Co to design the space, drawing inspiration from the site’s rich heritage and New York’s Meatpacking District.

The venue is captained by Head Chef Marcelino Papio, serving up a modern Australian menu with Japanese influence, alongside a diverse drinks menu.

Stanton & Co. has a strong focus on cocktails, alongside an approachable and balanced wine list and a premium craft beer selection.

Talking with Nicole you can tell she loves the work she does and it shines through in the awesome events she produces and the connections she makes with her clients. She loves chocolate, Whitney Houston and a Strawberry Caprioska. With 10 years experience in the event industry including operations, marketing, organisation and so much more Nicole is here to make the planning of your special a calm and fun experience.

Yes. The following options are available:

Bump in can commence two hours prior to guest arrival. An earlier bump in time

may be organised with our Event Manager at an additional cost

Yes, music can be played throughout your event in the following forms:

1. Stanton & Co. in house system

2. Your own MP3 player, we will provide the connection to our system

3. Live band, they will be require to provide their own amp system

4. DJ, they will be require to provide their own amp system

All music must conclude at 11.30pm for evening events

No. You are welcome to utilise any suppliers you like however, we have some great

recommendations of those that we have worked with. If you prefer to source your

own we ask that you provide your Event Manager with the company and contact

name as well as email and phone number.

No confetti, flowers petals or glitter – this includes balloons with these items inside

The team at Stanton & Co. will position all the furniture and set up your table settings.

If you are providing place cards and would like our team to put them out you will

need to have them in order and collated per table. All other items for set up must be

organised by an external party unless approved by our Event Manager, please note

this may incur an additional fee

Our storage is limited and for this reason we require you to provide a list of items you

wish to deliver the day prior to your event. Our Event Manager will confirm whether

this can be stored or not. Any items delivered to the venue must be delivered the

day prior or morning of, be packaged and labelled clearly

4pm seven busniess days prior. Our event manager will send you all outstanding details in your

confirmation as well as a reminder a week prior to your due date.

WOW - where do I even start! Stanton & Co is so very beautiful and it was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! The food and beverages were amazing, I am still getting so many compliments about their signature pork knuckle a few months after our wedding. The most outstanding part of the reception was the team and service at Stanton & Co - they are the dream & was so attentive to every guest and ensured drinks were flowing and food was delivered. A special mention and a massive thank you to Nicole, the event manager for Stanton & Co. Nicole was an absolute pleasure to work with, she was so accommodating with any of our requests and we are so very thankful to her for playing a huge role in bringing our dream wedding to life!

Thank you Sam. You were absolutely great and thank you again for coming to the rescue. Your combination with DJ Nang was brilliant. Janet, we can’t thank you enough for everything you did in making everything work like clockwise and with a minimum of fuss. The floral decorations at both venues have been praised by many. Nang, we owe you one! Ashwin and I cannot thank you enough. You went above and beyond in making the night so enjoyable. Arthur, you were the perfect choice as an MC. Nothing was a stress for you and you were so professional in your contribution. Thank you so much. And Nicole, I included you in my thank you announcement but of course you had left by that time. A special thank you for all the organisational lead up to the event to you and also for your staff from their outstanding professional service on the evening. This includes the catering staff for their excellent contribution. The positive feedback about the whole event from guests has been absolutely incredible. E.g. Stanton & Co delivered on our vision for our dream wedding. Food and beverage was amazing - lots of comments from guests, who all want to return for dinner. Venue is a gorgeous setting for an event. All requests were accommodated and nothing was too hard. Booking process was a little disjointed due to change of staff initially, however once Nicole Major came on board, communication and organisation was great. On the night aside from a few hiccups with dietary requirements being delivered incorrect meals, everything ran perfectly. Overall an amazing experience, thank you! If we ever get married again, it will be back at Stanton & Co.
