FAQ
For each Reception venue, we have what's called a minimum spend for Weddings. Each room has a different minimum spend. This is made up of the Package Price and any additional food and beverage upgrades that you may choose for your Wedding. Additional expenses like accommodation, golf, styling etc. are not included in the minimum spend and neither is the cost of the Ceremony
Yes, we do. The Buffet dinners are fully labeled, so dietaries are usually okay to eat from the selection you've chosen. When it comes to set menus, we will provide a completely seperate meal that suits all different types of dietaries. Please provide a list of the dietary requirements to us at your six week Event Order Meeting.

Good morning.
Thank you for your query. Our executive chef caters for dietary requirement’s for our wedding guests and will come up with a dish that is suitable.
For a previous wedding that had vegan guests chef did a vegan 3 course menu for them. For entree , braised lentil salad, pickled baby carrot’s, cauliflower puree, lettuce and tarragon oil. For main we served Fricassee of gnocchi, cherry tomatoes and asparagus and for dessert vegan mud cake with blood orange sorbet and seasonal berries.

Is it possible to have an all inclusive wedding reception for 100 people for $15,000 or less
Ideally want a cocktail style reception with a DJ for entertainment. Do not want a rustic style wedding venue.

When in the timeline should we do a father daughter dance?
The Vines Resort
There is no right or wrong time.
Most couples will either do the First Dance, followed by the Father/Daughter Dance.
Half way through the Groom could fetch him Mum to join in and after that the Bridal party can join and open up the dance floor.
Other couples start with the Father/Daughter Dance and then go into the First Dance.
Lastly some couples have them at different times during the night.
