Hi, we are looking to elope. Most packages we’ve seen for venues come with a celebrant and photographer. We’d like my partners brother to perform the ceremony but as he isn’t a registered celebrant we had looked at doing the legal bits during the week at the registry office. We also don’t require a photographer as we already have one from previous events we’d like to use again. Most elopement packages come with both of these things as a must have inclusion. Any suggestions??
Do most venues offer menu tastings?
What's the typical setup for a menu tasting for a wedding venue?
NOAH'S on the Beach
Yes we do offer menu tastings in our Restaurant, typically on Sunday evenings when the restaurant is not so busy.
Couples need to book in advance and usually bring along some family or friends up to around 6ppl.
The cost is $50pp and they pre-select the dishes they would like to try, Entrees & Mains. They are receive the full meal as it would be served at their wedding. Couples often use this opportunity to have an evening out with family.
Who sits on what tables at a reception?
Hi there. Can we get a basic idea of who goes on what tables at the reception? Is there an “order” to who sits closest to the front and the bridal table? Would love some ideas for groupings. Thanks.

it is entirely up to the couple how you group their guests. As a general rule, the immediate family, parents, grandparents of the couple sit at the tables closest to the bridal table. At our venue we assist our couples by providing them with a floor plan so they can allocate their seating .
