With our qualified events team and over 200 weddings under our sash (excuse the pun), we aim to make planning your wedding ceremony or reception as easy as possible and ensure it reflects you both as a couple.
Mercetta offers a private venue including a beautiful courtyard area and conservatory or an indoor option (or 'plan b') ensuring we can entertain anytime of the year in any weather Melbourne throws our way.
We cater for every occasion, be it an intimate dinner for up to 70 of your closest friends and family or cocktail party for 150 - with a dance floor of course!

FAQ
Absolutely! Our security will look after your door list and ensure only your guests are welcomed inside.
You know the drill.. and the law, underage guests cannot consume alcohol - no matter the circumstances and all overage guests must have valid identification.
You have access to the space 1 hour prior to the commencement of your event. We will always help with setup howver let us know if you need more time than this.
We're lucky that we have an indoor and outdoor area at Mercetta. Plan A if you prefer, is use of the courtyard area, and Plan B will be primarily indoors. We will go through both options to make sure your comfortable with the setups and finalise this the day prior or morning of your celebration when we know what the Melbourne weather is doing!
What you see is what you get. We love surprises but not where budgets are involved! No room hire costs, just the minimum spend applies for all of our parties
We have DJ we highly receommend as well as other artists we have worked well with in the past. You are more than welcome to provide your own live entertainment, band, duo or DJ (or the likes). We request live music for all events to make sure you and your guests have the best night.
Regrettably the bathrooms are located on a middle section of three levels. Our levels are separated by 2 - 3 stairs with the bathroom up another 2 stairs. The Mercetta team are more than happy to assist anyone that needs
