About
I spent 18 years growing and roaming on this beautiful land. My parents purchased it over 40 years ago and they have spent every moment shaping it into the masterpiece that it is today. We are a small but very close family and we work and run the events together. I love celebrations and will guide you through the process from start to finish to ensure that you feel calm, looked after, appreciated, and celebrated. It’s a once in a lifetime event so let's do it right!

We are nestled right between the townships of Donnybrook (10 mins) and Balingup (15 mins). There is a wealth of accommodation in the local area, we suggest checking out the following sites as a starting point.

Airbnb is also a good option. Do a search for Balingup, Brookhampton, and Donnybrook. This will give you plenty of good short term rentals to choose from.
It's also worth noting that Bunbury is only a 35min drive away, and has a lot of options for accommodation. For the more adventurous, we also offer on-site camping!
The campgrounds are basic, but we can run some power to the site if required.
There is a toilet and shower block located at the top of the camping area.
We can organise your bar staff and additional catering staff for the event.
I only use local crew who have worked for us previously. They understand the logistics of the venue and also keep it nice and clean for the main event.
We have a unique golden arbor which is where most people like to have their ceremony.
It has a long bridal walk with yellow roses down each side. This looks very pretty when they are in bloom.
The venue is yours for the weekend so you can set up the ceremony where ever you choose. We have had couples get married in the indoor reception area, on the jewel stage, or even under the Jarrah trees at the top of our block.

Set up from 12 noon the day prior
Main even 9 am - 11 pm or 12 am (depending on your package, this can also be extended on the night up until 2 am)
Pack Down - to be completed by 11 am-2 pm depending on your package

Our inhouse wedding co-ordinator will assist you with the below
- Site visit to arrange layout and also advise on styling options
- Communication with all your vendors, i will be the main point of contact for anything to do with the wedding
- Timeline and run sheet
- Detailed site plan and mud map creation
- Unlimited phone calls and emails
- On site early for your wedding day for any last minute arrangements
- Soft decors that have to be set up on the day of the event
- Complete management of your wedding day
- Direct Liasing with your outsourced vendors
- Approximately 10 hours on your wedding day to ensure everything is perfect. I will be there from start to finish to ensure everything is working smoothly.
I do not offer wedding planning, but i can definitely assist you with the process.
