We couldn't have asked for a more perfect wedding venue than Fairlawn Estate. The grounds were perfect for hosting our reception and provided so many amazing photo opportunities - the driveway, orchard, paddocks, gardens... And the house itself just blew us away... So beautifully decorated and styled, we felt transported in time. Rebecca and Alex were also so welcoming and accomodating and made us feel at home for the weekend. So many of our guests told us that they felt so relaxed and comfortable, and I think that the homely nature of Fairlawn definitely contributed to that. I loved that Fairlawn did not feel commercial, and it was almost like you were hosting your wedding in your own backyard (if you were so lucky as to own such an amazing property!!). Fairlawn Estate offered us everything that we could want in our wedding venue and more! The private Estate very comfortably (and luxuriously) accommodated our large family and the Homestead, surrounding gardens and paddocks offered us so many options for our ceremony and seated reception for our 90 guests. We were even able to have our pet dog make a star appearance in our ceremony, another must-have! With 2000 acres of property including manicured gardens, paddocks and the Vasse River banks we were spoilt for choice for photo locations without even needing to leave the property. Owners, Alex and Rebecca were so helpful both on the day and in the lead up; answering phone calls, emails, providing vendor suggestions along with unlimited site visits that allowed us to plan our dream wedding from 2.5 hours away. Fairlawn Estate, and Alex and Rebecca, very easily became a special place in our hearts.

Fairlawn Estate is an absolutely beautiful location for a wedding, we loved everything about our stay and wedding here. The accommodation is luxurious, comfortable and has everything required. We were spoilt for choice in the many stunningly manicured garden areas bosting beautiful views of the landscape. We had both our ceremony and reception at Fairlawn which made for a relaxing, easy day. The staff at Fairlawn are lovely, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could have needed and to ensure the lawns, gardens and property in general were up to a 5 star standard. Whenever there was an issue we were kept unaware as Alex made sure it was handled efficiently, calmly and professionally. We would not have changed a thing about our wedding and we strongly credit this to Fairlawn Estate.

We got married 18 may 2024 at the fairlawn estate. From the moment we saw the estate we fell in love but not only with the gorgeous gardens and house but the owners Rebecca and Alex who are real life angels. No question or request to big and they honestly treated us like family. They helped the days leading up, on the day and with pack up. There kindness and attention to detail made the day magic

Wow! What a location. We had the perfect day here, the house and the gardens are just stunning and so many nice spots we didn’t feel we did it justice.
