Positioned within the peaceful environment of the Yarra Valley, on a 120 acre Nature Reserve, this spectacular wedding destination provides the perfect setting for your special day.
Hold your ceremony with the magnificent vistas of the surrounding Christmas Hills and Dividing Ranges as your backdrop - select from our romantic, rose lined, outdoor pavilion; or incorporate your personal styling with a wedding arbour positioned on the surrounding lawns. Following your ceremony, the stunning surrounds of Yering Gorge add a unique backdrop for your photography; and the local kangaroos might add another touch of romanticsim. Whether your reception is an initimate affair, or larger gathering, you can choose from the beautiful rustic feel of our Yering Room; or the understated elegance of The Eastern's clubhouse provides a range of dedicated function spaces for you to choose from for your wedding reception with capacity for up to 150 guests for dinner and 250 for cocktail receptions.
We can also assist you with the planning of a pre-wedding event; or next day celebration before your guests depart.

Yes, if you are holding your reception with us, you have several options for your ceremony. You can select from our outdoor pavilion that has a rose lined pathway; or have your ceremony on the secluded lawns at the foothills of our nature reserve.
Yes, Yering Gorge Cottages has 13 one, two and four bedroom cottages. A two night minimum stay applies for Friday and Saturday nights.
Yes, couples who have their ceremony and wedding with us can have their photography taken in our beautiful Yering Gorge; use areas of the golf course that are not interrupting those who are playing the course.
Yes, guests who are attending your wedding can park within the car park next to The Eastern Golf Club clubhouse. If you are holding your ceremony within our cottage precinct, guests can use the car parking facilities there. Car parking is provided complimentary to your guests.
