Say ‘I do’ in The Royal Botanic Gardens just a stone’s throw away (or on site) then start your reception off with drinks and canapes in our beautiful outdoor courtyard and bar, moving through to ‘The Dining Room’ for your sit-down menu and formalities. Our classic yet contemporary space lets your flowers and theming shine and adds elegance and class to the feel of your big day.
We offer you the option to tailor make your wedding by giving you the flexibility to do our AMAZING value all-inclusive package, order on consumption or hire the venue only, the choice is yours!

I have a passion for helping couples create their dream wedding day. From the initial meet & greet with you, through the planning stages, and finally being there on your big day (ensuring it all goes off without a hitch), is so rewarding and why I love what I do. Having that relationship with you the whole way through makes it a personal experience for me as well, where I want it to be just as perfect as you do (and maybe even celebrate over a cheeky glass of champagne at the end with you too!)

Yes. Early access is available to the venue, dependant on any other events taking place prior on the day.
Yes. We allow BYO alcohol. Corkage fee's apply.
Yes, non-members are welcome to dine at the club. We are open for lunch, Monday to Friday, from 12pm - 3pm.
Room hire is free for members. Membership is low cost, easy to join and you recieve the cost of your membership back in vouchers to use (and more). Please go to www.royalexchange.com for more information.
Lunch events are from 10am-5pm. Dinner from 5pm-12midnight.
Guests are to depart at the end of your alloted booking period unless an extention is agreed prior to the conclusion of your event.
We can stay open until 3am.
No. You are free to theme the venue to your liking as long as there is no risk of damage being caused to people or the venue.
Final numbers are due 7 days prior to your event.
We offer both fixed and alternate drop.
Yes. We cater for children and any dietary requirements your guests may have.
A 25% deposit of the forecasted cost of your event is required to confirm the booking.
A 25% payment of the forecasted cost of your event is due 60 days prior to the date of your event.
The balance of the forecasted costs of your event is due 7 days prior to the date of your event.
All outstanding amounts owing on the conclusion of your events must be settled on the day.

Within the Sydney/NSW region! We have family coming from overseas (USA, Singapore, Europe and SA) and it's unheard of to turn the lights on and the music off at midnight and kick everyone out. We are looking for a venue who will accommodate us until at least 1-2AM, if not all night (even if it's just tea and coffee with music not alcohol).
