Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We aim to create an amazing atmosphere that will be remembered by you and your guests forever.

To us, every wedding is unique, and we will work with you to design the best day possible – from simple celebrations to lavish affairs.

The Lodge is a large, private air-conditioned venue and we only hold one wedding on-site per day. Ceremonies are only permitted if the reception is also on-site.
We have all inclusive 6 hour wedding packages and we'd love to assist you with whatever arrangements are needed (decorations, transport, entertainment etc).

The surrounding grounds and vineyards make it an ideal photographic backdrop to capture your special day and memories forever.

Please contact the winery and speak with Lou Davidson or Crystal Allan to discuss your options, available dates and special arrangements, to ensure your special day is spectacular.

About

I have been organising weddings at Tamburlaine since we built our beautiful function centre (The Lodge) in 2001. This part of the business is 'my baby' (my husband can do the rest!), and I also have a wonderful team headed by Crystal, who has been working on the weddings with me for over 18 years. We are both committed to helping brides have the day they've always dreamed of, and at least one of us will be here on your special day until your last guest leaves and the last glass is polished.

Do you offer mid-week or winter wedding specials?

We sure do! We offer special price for weddings held between Monday to Thursday or wedding held during the winter months. Great for anyone planning a destination wedding or wanting a long a weekend in the beautiful Hunter Valley.

Tamburlaine is the BEST venue for a wedding. Having a ceremony and reception all in the one place, whilst also getting our entire photo gallery taken onsite is a huge win. The ceremony can be held however you like on the lawn, or a wet weather option on the deck (so beautiful we almost chose to have it here whilst sunny). The layout of the reception is catered to your liking, with a large room that allowed us to have our dream set up. There is a huge selection of food options for entree, main, and dessert. This also includes a pre dinner drink and canapes hour whilst we were off getting couple photos. Our guests and ourselves were looked after during the night with Tamburlaines great staff, and no one could wipe the smile off their face. We couldn't recomment this venue and Crystal enough.

Our wedding at Tamburlaine was absolutely perfect, Crystal and the team went above and beyond for us and the day was just stunning. I could not recommend Tamburlaine enough! My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding at Tamburlaine Organic Wines and WOW. The whole wedding process was made easy and simple by their events coordinator, Crystal Allan. They have a beautiful lawn area where we celebrated the ceremony and an incredible inside lodge where we dined and taken care of by staff. They were so accommodating in so many ways; from the planning, to the set up of the ceremony, connections with other supplies, and the look of the events space. Incredible. We had people coming up to us saying its the best wedding they have ever been to. The team at Tamburlaine are so genuine, caring, and I can't recommend them enough. If you want to have a wedding, go to them. It is worth it 110%

Tamburlaine Organic Winery was the perfect venue for our wedding and reception. The lawn was an idyllic setting our ceremony and the lodge surrounded by the vineyard and water was beautiful, rustic, warm and relaxed, exactly the feel we wanted to project. Our wedding day however would not have gone flawlessly without Crystal. From our first site visit till the end of the night, Crystal was hospitable, accomodating, organised and attentive to every detail and our needs. Are winter weddings really cheaper?

We are considering what time of year to get married and starting to do our budget. Friends have said that winter weddings are cheaper but is that really true? If so, is it a significant saving?

All-in-one wedding venues - I NEED HELP!

I recently got engaged and am looking and a bunch of different options for venues at the moment. I've come across a few "all-in-one" wedding venues, which sounds really appealing in one sense because this would mean I don't have to worry about sourcing catering, decor, venue hire etc., which means I'd have more time to enjoy being engaged and not stress about all the suppliers I'd need to find - but how does this actually work? Are venues flexible with style and what we want or is it mostly like "this is what we have, take it or leave it"? I'm also wondering how we make our wedding unique if we're just going with one of these venues that a bunch of other couples have used - I know it's silly but I would kinda be crushed if someone had the exact same wedding day (as in like copy/pasted event) as me. How do venues mix thing up to make your day unique to you? Sorry... lots of questions in one go... PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND!!! - An already stressed out bride-to-be xx

Here, at Tamburlaine Lodge, every wedding to us is unique. We offer complete decorating packages or we can also tailor a package to suit your dream wedding.

We can also assist with sourcing your own suppliers and/or DIY decorating.

With our decorating packages, our couples meet our stylist at their local showroom, pick and choose all your own styling to be included in your reception package or you have the option to design your own package. No two weddings are the same!
