If you prefer the outdoors, you can also choose to have your wedding ceremony in the gardens or down by the vineyard with the jetty and pond in the background.

The award-winning Restaurant Cuvée is housed within the property’s main sandstone building and is the perfect location for your Hunter Valley wedding reception, with its exposed timber beams and picturesque vineyard views.
