Midway between the magnificent beaches of Surfers Paradise and the rainforests of the Hinterland, RACV Royal Pines Resort is one of Queensland’s largest resorts.
Royal Poinciana
With elegant and spacious atmosphere overlooking the golf course Royal Poinciana has a seating capacity of 150 guests in complete comfort for dinner or, alternatively, for a cocktail style reception, catering for 50 to 200 guests.
Videre Restaurant
Videre takes dining to a whole new level. Located on level 21 of the resort, the restaurant offers unparalleled views of the Hinterlands and Coast and is the perfect backdrop for your wedding reception. Not your traditional style wedding set up, the multileveled space offers an eclectic set up with a separate area for your pre-dinner drinks and canapes.
The Chapel
The resort’s own chapel is surrounded by superbly landscaped gardens and sparkling lakes. There are numerous picturesque locations around the resort offering ideal settings to celebrate your wonderful union. Our Chapel accommodates up to 120 guests and is finished in Australian timbers and Italian marble floors. Stained glass windows capture natural light creating an intimate and romantic mood.
If you prefer an outdoor wedding the Chapel Steps at RACV Royal Pines Resort offer a gorgeous location for your ceremony with stunning framing from our Poinciana Trees and the picturesque Chapel as a backdrop. Your ceremony will be framed by an elegant arbour, guest seating, red carpet and a registry table complete with floral display.

Hi! My name is Katie and I'm the wedding coordinator at Royal Pines. I have been working in the Events and Hospitality Industry for over 30 years and I love working with couples helping them to achieve their dreams for their wedding day. I'm super relaxed and easy going and I love hearing about your ideas and making them come to fruition. I want to make sure that your memories from the day are incredible and that enjoy every moment, from the planning to the rehearsal to the actual day.

Yes. All guests will be offerd a wedding discount on accommodation. They can book via a link or with their wedding accommodation coordinator.

What do I need to know about venue contracts?

It is important to know when final numbers & information is due. Also when & if you are allowed to reduce your guest numbers. Always read through the contract to ensure you don't get any suprises.
Do any venues offer brunch receptions?
As opposed to lunch or dinner, my partner and I love brunch so wanted to do something different. Mimosas, all that jazz.
