About
Glenrock’s current owners have lived on the property for over thirty years when Carrara was still farming country and dirt road. The family is thrilled to be offering guests of Glenrock Farm the chance to experience their own piece of rural heaven for themselves. Bump in is from 7am on the morning of your wedding. Prior event access is available by arrangement. We allow for 1 hour the day before for alcohol/drinks delivery.
Bump out is on the eve of your wedding along with a 2 hour window from 7am - 9am the following morning.
Glenrock Farm Weddings will set up and pack down the equipment that is included in your package. For the rest of the equipment, it is up to the suppliers and wedding party, friends and family to set up and pack down.
Yes a 3 piece band with no drums or percussion instruments.
We recommend 3pm onwards.
The Bride and/ or Groom deal personally with the suppliers. Whilst Glenrock Farm is not a Wedding Planner Glenrock Farm will contact 3rd party suppliers & co-ordinate access times , requirements etc.
We can comfortably seat 100 for a sit down reception, and up to approximately 200 for a cocktail style reception.
Usually 1.5 hours. We offer a canape or cocktail-style option for your guests in between, which means that you won't need to be worrying about anyone getting bored while you're off having photos taken. There are also plenty of other entertainment options, such as lawn games, to keep guests occupied.
There is plenty of space to allow for children to entertain themselves even space to hire a jumping castle if desired. Children under 12 are charged a discounted price for all meals and we are able to create a menu specific to their tastes.
Yes we do, as long as you have a pet sitter.
No we offer exclusive use of the grounds to you on your wedding day.
We are a BYO beverage venue. All alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are to be supplied by the client.
Yes our amenities all have ramps. We have vehicular access available across the property.
We will contact you approximatly 10 weeks ahead of your wedding to discuss final requirements, 3rd party suppliers and timings.
During this meeting we will also go through:
- FInal numbers
- Menu selections, dietary requirements, crew meals, childrens meals, beverage selections.
