The function spaces at The Stirling offers are suitable for both intimate groups seeking a relaxed casual occasion to larger groups ready to party! With the hotels sense of laid-back luxury, it offers the perfect setting in the Adelaide hills, only 8 minutes up the freeway. 


Both function spaces are located on the first floor; both provide privacy and can be accessed via elevator and staircase. 


The function pack we offer is intended as a guide in planning your event to design a tailor made package that suits your needs and results in a truly memorable event.

Light-filled and alfresco by day and stylish and balmy by night, the flexible indoor-outdoor space offered by The Deck function space is truly unique in the Hills. With a large private bar and dining room plus an outdoor area with retractable roof and blinds, lounges, patio heaters and a rooftop garden, the deck is perfect for large sit down functions ( seating up to 90 people ) as well as stand- up cocktail parties ( for up to 120 people ).

The Deck can facilitate a range of table configurations. All visual equipment, such as data projector with drop down screen, MP3 connectivity and cordless microphone is included in the room hire.

FAQ

Yes, we can hold a tentative booking on a date for up to 7 days.

To confirm a booking we require a booking form filled out signed and returned along with the room hire fee.

Our room hire fee allows you to have the room for 5 hours. We are able to extend this. Please refer to our terms and conditions.

We do allow BYO wines.

We have plenty of free car parking facilities

Yes of course! We also have a list of supplies that we can recommend

Yes. We have the decking space which is perfect for this. The inside room can also be blocked off so you still get the special wow factor of a reception venue

We stayed at the Stirling hotel after our wedding reception on The Deck there. We also had a room for the girls the night before and our bridal party stayed the night if the wedding too. The rooms are incredibly beautiful and have all the little extras that make them complete luxury!!

Fantastic function space, food options and wine lists, all went really well on the night and staff took great care of all guests !! Change if function manager caused a few minor glitches along the way but all went well on the night.
