Your Wedding Coordinator will assist you with the set up of many elements on the day including placing out place cards, menus, bonbonerie, wishing wells, guest books, cake and any other small items.
Our Wedding Coordinator will happily recommend stylists and florists should you require assistance with in depth and personal styling.
WBBH is happy to offer BYO beverages in conjunction with a minimum 4 Hour Standard Beverage Package. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator for more details.
As we are a boutique hotel with a limited amount of rooms we are unable to offer discounted rates for groups and weddings however we are delighted to waive the 2 night minimum for our couples and their guests.
You are welcome to have a band, DJ or bring along an iPod to plug into our in house system. Music agreements & Tech Riders apply and hotel room booking may be required so please discuss your ideas with your Wedding Coordinator prior to booking any external suppliers.
Yes. So long as your candles are placed safely in votives or candle holders you are welcome to place them throughout the room.
No, our chefs will cater to all dietary requirements individually at no additional cost.
Yes children are welcome to attend your reception in its entirety so long as they are supervised by a responsible parent or guardian. Children’s meals (under 12yrs) are priced at $15 per a head and include unlimited soft drinks. Guests aged between 12yrs and 18yrs are included on adult meals but not beverage package costs.
The Watsons Bay Boutique Hotel has a car park with spaces available on a first come first serve basis for Accommodation guests only. There is ample unrestricted street parking available on both Military Road and Cliff Street.
