St Mark’s Church of England dates back to the 1890s and has yet preserved its original timber exteriors and authentic charm.
In 1959 it became privately owned, and transformed into a gorgeous eco-friendly wedding venue, holding true to its historical roots and naturally beautiful surroundings. The picturesque church, sustainably designed pavilion, and lawn marquee are perfect for intimate wedding celebrations.

About
Architect, mother of twins, flower farmer, grazier. Wedding host! With over 30 years in the hospitality industry and 20 years specifically in event management, you will have a personal event planner only a call/email away. We love weddings! We started the Little Church in 2012 and have successfully overseen weddings at the venue for 12 years. Our biggest joy is when our couples return each year during peony season and bring their new dog, then their first baby, and then the whole family.

Due to the size of the old Church, our maximum number of guest is 80. (90 at a push)
If you have a relationship with a caterer, we are very happy for you to engage them for your event. To make the quote and day run smoothly, we ask that the new caterer visit the Little Church before pricing.
We have an extensive list of local caterers that have catered at the venue, use seasonal and local food and won't get lost on your big day.
We are a BYO venue so you can save by bringing your own drinks. That way you can choose the wine you like rather than having to stick to a set list.
On our preferred suppliers brochure, we have an extensive list of local suppliers, including wonderful celebrants who have performed ceremonies at the Little Church.
The Little Church can organise the whole event for an additional fee.
Absolutely, all animals are welcome, on a lead, at the Little Church. We have had dogs, horses, a duck and a rabbit.
