About
I started in the hospitality industry in 1988 as an Apprentice, I finished with this first group 8 years later, working in 3 of their restaurants. In the later part of my career, I have been an "Agency/Casual Chef" cooking in every style of kitchen, from Restaurants, Cafes and, plenty of functions. From the casual Birthday Party to elaborate Weddings, As a Casual Chef, I have plated many different foods in different locations. I bring this wealth of skill and knowledge to your event,
