We have a lovely outdoor terrace located on the first floor which can be used for ceremonies and pre-dinner drinks. Alternatively, we are located across the road from the stunning Queen Gardens and offer ceremony styling packages for both the outdoor terrace and the gardens. For smaller ceremonies we can use an enclosed section of the Fraser Ballroom. For the reception space, we have both the Fraser Ballroom, which boasts floor to ceiling windows, as well as the Outdoor Terrace which are both located on the first floor

We do offer special fully inclusive packages of off peak season weddings in January, June and August.

Accommodation is included for the couple getting married, and we also provide a discount code for you to send out to all of your weddings guests to book their accommodation with us.

We have a number of great spots in and around the hotel, incuding our staircase, black grand piano in our Lobby and out hotel Lobby Lounge area. We are located across the road from the picturesque Queens Gardens, which boasts perfectly manicured gardens and a lake. We are also located a short 2 minute drive from the Swan River eastern foreshore and Point Fraser - perfect spots for photos along the water. 

You are welcome to bring in your own suppliers. We do however work with a number of fantastic suppliers and have a selection of fully inclusive stylign and DJ packages on offer to help take the stress out of planning your special day. 

We have two fantastic open air outdoor venues suitable for summer weddings. Our large Outdoor Terrace located on the first floor is suitable for outdoor ceremonies, afternoon long table lunch, cocktail or barbeque wedding receptions. We also have The Deck located on the ground floor which is another great outdoor venue for smaller afternoon long table lunch, coctail or barbecue wedding receptions. 

We generally do not hold more than one wedding on the same day. We do however hold our own 'pop-up' style wedding ceremonies in which case, multiple couples tie the knot on the same day, and our ballroom is split in order to accommodate multiple smaller receptions for those couples. 

We can create bespoke menus to suit your requirements.

We are so happy we booked our reception at Fraser Suites! From the moment we walked into the hotel for the wedding expo, we just knew it was the perfect place to have our reception. The hotel is very nice, clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice with amazing views. We originally booked with Bianca and then when she went on maternity leave we finalised everything with Carolyn. They were both so lovely and very helpful, professional, good communication and helped us plan our perfect wedding day! We had our ceremony at Queens Gardens, a 2 minute walk from the hotel. After the ceremony, guests made their way to Fraser Suites to have pre-drinks and canapes on the terrace before heading into the reception. Everyone was amazed how well everything was coordinated throughout the night and how good the food was. Everything was perfect!

A big thanks to our wedding coordinator Bianca for the assistance in the lead up to our wedding. We are so happy we booked with Frasers, our reception was beautiful and the food was delicious. We had Tavita on the day of our wedding and he was beyond amazing nothing we asked was too much for him and he was so efficient with making sure every last detail was organized. Not only did he make sure we were tended to but that all our guests were cared for we are incredibly grateful for the way he treated us and our guests and family. After our wedding we had so many of our guests and family raving about him to us truly can’t thank him enough for going out of his way to make our day.

We loved staying here the night before and on the night of our wedding. We stayed in a huge suite with lovely views of the Swan River. It was very spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. They gave us late checkout which was fantastic, and a big double room so I could get ready there with my bridesmaids and we could get ready with a big balcony that overlooked the city. It was just lovely to have some time relaxing with with my bridesmaids before the wedding.
