The Poachers team will take you through the grounds to view our key wedding locations.
Ending at the Garden Marquee, you’ll enjoy complimentary canapes while chatting with local wedding suppliers such as cake makers, celebrants, florists, photographers, stylists and musicians. Here you’ll also have the opportunity to talk to our team about package options, available dates and special requests.

With up to four complimentary wedding planning meetings with our dedicated Weddings Manager, the process of planning will be simple, exciting and fun!
Poachers Pantry is renowned for its food. We are a regional food icon with award-winning smoked meats and wines.
We have several different service styles from canape weddings, two or three-course shared table or alternate drop menus, and even a five-course degustation.
For those late nights, we’ve got plenty of crowd favourites to keep guests fueled for the dancefloor, such as hot chips with condiments, or locally made bread rolls filled with our very own smoked meats.

We certainly do! Our team has decades of experience in catering to even the most complex of dietary requirements. All of our wedding menu items can be modified to ensure that any guests with dietary requirements are served an equally delicious meal that is appropriate for them.
For the kids, we have a variety of meal options that you can choose from to ensure it’s the right fit for your particular bunch of young ones!
We’ve seen it all at Poachers, so we’re prepared for rain, hail or shine!
In the case of wet weather, we have a backup ceremony space - the Marquee Terrace that overlooks the Marquee Gardens.
Absolutely! We have a PA system and microphone which you can use for speeches and music at your ceremony and reception.
If your budget permits, we recommend hiring a musician, DJ or band, as this will truly elevate the party atmosphere!
Yes. All of our ceremony and reception spaces are accessible for guests with physical handicaps.
Both of our reception spaces are equipped with disabled bathrooms.
The Smokehouse Restaurant is fully heated and air-conditioned. If your wedding is during the cooler months, your guests can get cosy by our indoor fireplace.
For a Garden Marquee reception, we have indoor heaters and close the walls to keep your guests warm. If it’s a hot evening, the marquee walls are drawn, allowing the fresh country air to breeze through and keep your guests comfortable.
To create an inviting ambience in the outdoor space around your reception area, we can provide brazier fire pits (at a cost) which will add a touch of intimacy and warmth to the celebration.
Absolutely! Both our marquee and restaurant reception spaces are fully equipped with mens, womens and disabled bathrooms with a baby change table.

One thing with weddings, you are never sure who might say yes or no. Those internation/interstate, busy guests who you banked on not attending might just show up (even last minute). I would recommend never inviting more then the venue can cater for :)

Hi there! At Poachers Pantry we have a range of options for late-night snacks, from dessert canapes such as chef boutique cupcakes to chocolate-dipped strawberries to Mixed Petits Choux and more.
