In addition to helping you choose from a range of wedding venues for your Port Douglas ceremony and reception, our wedding coordinators will arrange catering for everything from small cocktail gatherings to larger sit-down functions overlooking our spectacular flame lit lagoon.
Beach weddings are very popular in Port Douglas, and brides hosting smaller gatherings love to take advantage of our venues by hosting a ceremony on Four Mile Beach and a beautiful dinner reception on the Sunrise Boardwalk.

My name is Michela and I am the Events Executive here at Pullman Port Douglas. I would be here to help you every step of the way, from moment of enquiry to queuing the music as you walk down the aisle. Our event spaces have endless potential and it is my job to help you bring your dream day to life. I have an event styling background and I love to discuss concepts and ways that we can reflect your couple style and personalities.

We are more than happy to hold a booking date without any obligation for 14 days. If we receive another enquiry for the date you are holding we will contact you, giving you first option on the date. Your Wedding booking is then confirmed when a signed wedding contract is in place and initial deposit is paid.
To confirm your wedding booking we will issue a contract at which time you will have 7 days to sign and return with an initial deposit.
The initial deposit is calculated at 25% of the total cost of your wedding. After the initial deposit there are 4 other deposits due in the lead up to your wedding day (60 days prior, 30 days prior and 14 days prior).
Alternatively, an individual deposit schedule can be arranged. Please contact your wedding coordinator to discuss
At Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort & Spa we always arrange to hold a wet weather back up for any outdoor events in the case of bad weather. As we only book one wedding per day, we have the flexibility to relocate in this situation.
