No two weddings are the same and the experienced and professional team work with clients to create a fully tailored experience. At Spicers Sangoma Retreat you can share your vows with guests amidst the panoramic Blue Mountains that cocoon the retreat, or next to the beautiful bluestone fireplace, with Sydney city as your backdrop. 

With memorable ceremony spaces peppered throughout the retreat, the location for your ‘I do’ is just as personal as your day. Sangoma provides a spectacular Australian bush location, perfect for an intimate wedding with a close group of family and friends or a romantic elopement with just you and your partner.

In addition to the tranquil surrounds, Spicers Sangoma Retreat chefs are renowned for their imagination and skill. These culinary masters embrace the overarching Spicers philosophy of food sustainability, combing wholesome, locally sourced ingredients with their own freshly grown produce.

Whether you are after a seated 5 course set menu or a simple selection of delicious canapés, we can deliver a tailored

dining experience with our variety of options.

Our retreat features a Main Dining Room (5x8m), a beautifully appointed space with the ability to seat:

35 people for a seated dinner or 50 people for a cocktail style setting.

The Main Deck (4x11m) is connected to the Main Lounge Room and boasts a beautiful outlook back towards the

twinkling lights of Sydney. The space can seat up to 30 guests for a seated dinner and if you include the Main

Lounge.

With offer four different types of suites plus our one of a kind Tent Suite, our generously proportioned rooms are the perfect place for wedding guests to truly relax and unwind. Each suite has its own unique personality where privacy and seclusion are paramount.

I feel in love with weddings and events and wanted to become a part of creating unforgettable milestones in people's lives. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 14 years and have worked at Spicers Sangoma Retreat for over one year with particular drive and passion for weddings. I have a Bachelor of Business in Event Management from the William Blue College of Hospitality in the Rocks, Sydney.
