What are the parking arrangements?

We have a large carpark of approximately 130 bays located directly out front of the venue. There is no fee payable.

Can I have our wedding ceremony at your venue?

Yes. There is the option to have the ceremony inside the venue. Alternatively we have beautiful parklands surrounding the venue which overlooks the Swan River and provides the perfect ceremony backdrop!

The Main Dining Room can comfortably accommodate 130 guests seated or 150 cocktail style, we can also cater for intimate Wedding Receptions in our Private Dining Room. The neutral tones and the Italian imported white leather chairs allow flexibility when accommodating personal theming or colour preferences.

Acqua Viva on the Swan is considered one of Perth’s most impressive Wedding Reception Venues, centrally located to Perth City. Easily accessible by road or boat, Acqua Viva is close to an array of garden settings for photographs and ceremonies with several local churches close by.

Can I reserve a booking date?

We do not tentatively hold dates.

How do I confirm a booking?

We require a $1,000 deposit to confirm a booking.

How late can we party?

Our normal conclusion time is 12am however there is the option to extend. Additional fees apply.

Can I extend beyond the package time, eg. 5 hour event?

Yes, we usually recommend a package no longer than 6 hours.

Can I upgrade the beverages?

Yes.

As soon as my hubby and I walked into Acqua Viva, we had a feeling that it would be the perfect venue for our reception. The venue is elegant and for us, we didn't dress it up too much because it didn't need it. We liaised with Rebecca (the wedding coordinator) and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The night ran smoothly and the staff were fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks were topped up throughout the night - none of our guests had to go looking for wait staff. All of our guests had an incredible night and we received so many compliments on the food and the service which is a testament to the team. Thank you for making our reception one to remember.

Acqua Viva was stunning in it’s location on the river and the staff are with out a doubt, the best I have encountered in Perth. Food was generous and delicious and our reception was incredible value. All our guests were blown away by the personal attention from the staff who went above and beyond to make our wedding day so special. The service! The food! The location! The wedding coordinator - Jasmine! We could not fault absolutely one moment from the beginning of planning all the way through to our wedding night! Jasmine assisted us through a very unknown year, and helped us have the most beautiful wedding reception! The staff throughout the night were beyond attentive, never left anyone with a glass half full and did absolutely everything with a huge smile! The food speaks for itself! We could not believe the quality the food came out as with the amount of orders that the chefs would have had to prep for! We cannot thank you all enough - and highly recommend! :)
