Known for its extravagant chandeliers and contemporary mirrored bar, The Park is one of Melbourne's most unique wedding venues. Situated close to the CBD by the peaceful Albert Park Lake, its covered balcony wedding venue can host chic intimate ceremonies and huge wedding receptions for up to 1000 cocktail style.

Be met with style and elegance at every angle; from extravagant chandeliers to sleek tiled walls and the modern, mirrored statement bar, this boutique space is a blank canvas just waiting for you to create something special that is uniquely yours. 

The Park can host receptions from 50 through to 500 guests and has standing room for up to 1,000 guests. Adjustable walls ensure the space can easily be configured to suit more intimate wedding parties. 

An outdoor, covered balcony offers the perfect location for a memorable and romantic ceremony or cocktails and canapes upon arrival. 

The events team at The Park take care of every detail for your special day, providing comprehensive event consultation in the lead up, right through to the seamless execution of your special day - and don't forget to ask for their little black book of favourite suppliers.

FAQ

At The Park we do not charge a venue hire fee. Instead, we offer the venue based on a minimum food and beverage spend. The minimum spend does vary depending on the venue, date, time and style of event.

Your per head cost is determined by you. Our packages are designed to be tailored to suit your style and requirements.

Contact our friendly events team who will be happy to organise a site inspection with you. During your site inspection and venue tour, you will discuss package options etc.

From there, your Sales Executive will put together a formal proposal for your consideration.

Once you are happy with this proposal, we require a deposit for your event which will be sent to you via email. 

Yes, absolutely. We are flexible with our menu and can tailor this to suit any dietary requirements. 

Yes, our venue is wheelchair friendly. Please advise your Event Coordinator should this be a requirement for your event.

Yes – Once your wedding has been confirmed and booked with us, we invite you to attend a group menu tasting. We hold menu tasting nights throughout the year, so dates will be confirmed with you closer to your wedding day.

Absolutely stunning venue!! Perfect location over looking the water, super modern and classy. We had our ceremony at the venue too which was set out so beautifully. Even though there was a lot to organise, Wendy our event co-ordinator made the process easy and was there every step of the way to help! Jarrod, our event manager for the night was just amazing!! The night ran smoothly and was totally stress free. The food also was just to die for! The night was nothing but perfect!! :) Big thank you to all you guys that were there on the night and that helped along the way. Dani & Ivi xxx

We were in LOVE with this venue from the moment we walked in. It was exactly what we wanted - modern, classic and stylish. The staff were extremely professional to work with and no question was left unattended. The food was divine too!

Great location, excellent food & the best service. The event manager (Ella) was organised & thorough, her knowledge of requirements was exceptional. Every detail, no matter how minor, was covered. The Park was an absolutely beautiful venue to hold our wedding. They were quite accommodating with all of our changes of mind throughout the planning process, and delivered everything we were looking for. Ella was a great coordinator on the day, and helped everything to run smoothly. I didn't feel stressed at all, because things just flowed so well. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was, particularly the chandeliers that give the room a really elegant feel. I think The Park is the type of venue where you could go totally over the top with your florals and styling, and it would be amazing. But we were extremely low key with all of that, and it was equally as beautiful. It's just a lovely space. The food was also incredible (lots of our guests were raving about the pork belly and the mini cheeseburgers).
