It really depends on your guest numbers, the type of food you intend to serve, your styling preferences, and the location you choose.  A casual style of wedding on the beach with a guest list of 30 to 50 will cost much less than one which is held in an international hotel with a 3 course meal for 100 plus guests and all the trimmings.  We have a range of ceremony styling packages from as little as $750 and we have planning packages starting from only $500 for those who have a good idea of what to do and have the time to do it.  On the other hand, we can provide more elaborate styling for ceremonies and full planning services for those who want to stress less and have everything taken care of for them.

Again, it really depends on the style of wedding you want, guest numbers, venue availability and a range of other factors.  Generally, you will need at least four months to plan it properly but you may need to book your venue and other suppliers much earlier than you think if they are popular.  Some venues book out 18 months or more in advance.  So, as soon as you have made the decision it is best to start some pre-planning investigations.
