About GC COORDINATED?
The concept for GC Coordinated came about while planning my own wedding, we knew what we wanted, and we had the vision in our heads so with my project management and merchandising experience and my partners interior design skills we set the budget, created a very long to-do list and then started contacting vendors to lock in our dream wedding.
Now, all we needed was someone on the day to do the setup and pack down of our styling and to liaise with all the vendors to ensure that our day ran well so we could step back and sip our cocktails and enjoy our wedding.
GC COORDINATED is the solution! We're here for the type of couple who schedules their holidays down to the second.
Or if your the micromanaging Bridezilla or Groomzilla (apparently that was me) with the details but after all the planning is done and dusted you want to hand it over to someone else so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

GC COORDINATED is currently servicing the greater Gold Coast area including the Hinterland and Tweed Coast.
If you are outside this area please contact us as we may still be able to offer our services or recommend someone we know in your area.
If you would like a quick catch up to say hello in person and talk through about how GC COORDINATED can help, our initial consultation is free. (Well even shout you a coffee or Wine) However if you prefer to discuss specific elements of your event, we can meet you for a consultation and this is included in some of our service packages.
Many couples hire GC COORDINATED purely for the peace of mind it brings. By hiring our services you will avoid any disagreements with friends or family, by removing the stress of relying on family and friends which then allows all guests to be present and to enjoy creating memories with you on your special day.
We don’t offer “Full Service” Wedding Planning that including Styling Creation, Styling Hire or Florals.
But what we do offer is to work with your vision, styling ideas, vendors and planning to deliver a stress free memorable Wedding Day for you.
We have many outstanding “Full Service” vendors on the Gold Coast, and rather than offer the same services GC COORDINATED decided to offer what we couldn’t find easily for our wedding and that was someone who was happy to take the small job, a business offering Wedding Management Services which offers a mix of styling setup and On the Day Coordination, someone to setup your pre-organised styling and coordinate our pre-booked vendors.
GC COORDINATED will give you some tools to help you track and plan your wedding day, this is part of our Wedding Management Service.
These may include Budgeting, Floor Planning, Vendor Management, Styling and Run Sheet creation tools, These tools may be in digital format for the "tech savvy" or hard copy for the "Old Skool" or "Romantics".
