I had flats in my bag just in case (because I have bad knees, ankles and feet!) - I didn't have to use them! I was in my shoes for over 10 hours and didn't even limp the next day! If you have a problem with your feet - they are absolutely the best!

Great range and fabulous service - and above all comfortable shoes. The bridal party all had matching shoes but we picked our own heel height for comfort. Amazing - can't do that anywhere else for such a great price. Love love love Novat!

Tried to find white shoes everywhere for a winter wedding and couldn't get them anywhere except Novat. Suited my feet shape and very helpful staff, and Australian/family owned!

I wore them for 2 months, 5 days a week for 2 hours. They still hurt so I used stratgeic bandaids which meant I was fien all night. Wayyy too expensive! If only I wasn't in such a rush...

Shoes are a little pricey, but are very comfortable. The service is ok, the quality could be a little better for the price.

I purchased my wedding shoes for a summer wedding from Novat shoes. I could not believe how much variety they had. I chose a sandal style with diamontes. I could not believe that they were glamourous, yet still comfortable even after dancing for several hours. Highly recommended.

Lovely family business, shoes were custom made and fit like a glove. I wore them from 1pm until 1am with no issues or pain at all and they were 8.5cm high!

Came highly recommended to me. I spent $400 on my shoes. when i tried them on and i complained they were too tight, i was assured they would stretch. "we are the professionals you know" is what i was told. Well they didnt, even though i wore them almost everyday leading up to the wedding for about 6 weeks. By about 4pm, i nearly collapsed and vomited because the pain in my feet were so bad!
