Simply contact us if you have something uniquely you that you'd like to incorporate for your wedding. Be it for the wedding glasses or unique gift for your bridesmaids or groomsmen, we're here to help!
We always ensure our glasses are safe and snug before we ship them out. However, in a really rare occasion that they arrived broken, notify us within 3 days of receipt and take photos of the broken product with a close-up image of both the engravings and the broken/damaged part (Please use extra safety measure when assessing broken glasses). Once we received these informations, we will organise a replacement :) Please dispose broken glassware safely.
We aim to process all our orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) once your order is confirmed. However, processing time may be extended up to 5 business days during Sale/Holiday periods. If you need them urgently, please let us know in advance so we can work out the best possible way to get your order in time for your wedding/hens night :)
Yes! Sometimes things can get really hectic to last minute when it comes to wedding preparation, and we understand that. So if it's urgent, let us know and we'll put you on express shipping. There is, however, an extra shipping charge for this depending on the quantity you're after. Speak to us and we'll help you the best we can :)
Yes! We pride ourselves in crafting a personalised glassware that is extra personal to the tiniest details. So we monogram all our protective sleeves with your names/initials (they perfectly match the engravings on your glasses, by the way).
