Chat About Platters

My passion for putting together beautifully presented and bountiful platters started with friends and family as a great way to present and enjoy food.

Soon I found myself putting together platters and grazing tables at events, such as parties and weddings, where I was assisting.

Not only did I enjoy putting these together but I received very positive feedback from customers and their friends, leading to a number of call backs to specifically prepare platters or put together more substantial grazing tables, and Chat About Platters was born.

All of my platters are prepped and assembled by me with passion and attention to detail.

About

After a succesfull 25 year nursing career and having raised a family, I have ventured into my lifelong love of "everything wedding". I am a firm believer that every happy couple dreams of a memorable day surrounded by family and friends, regardless of budget. You don't get a "do over" for your wedding, so my platter goal is to provide fresh produce presented in a unique and vibrant manner, either as a platter or as a grazing table, which will wow your guests and satisfy their appetites.
