You sure will. To ensure that we create a candle that you love, we will send you a digital proof once your order is processed. This is your opportunity to review spelling and formatting. We use your proof to create your order so please ensure all everything is correct before approving your order.

If we don't receive your confirmation to proceed within 3 weeks of your event date, we may choose to proceed using only the details provided, or alternatively cancel your order, at our option.

Absolutely! If there's a design you'd love to have but don't see in our store, send us an email containing your ideas and design inspiration. We'll let you know how we think we can bring your ideas to life. 

Your candles, including all its embellishments, are delicate and should be handled with care.  When burning the candle, you should practice safe burning techniques, including:

• Use a lighting taper to keep the outer wrapping of your candles away from flames. 
• Always keep the candle within sight whilst it is burning.
• Keep the burning candle away from flammable objects.
• Keep the candle away from children and pets.
• When possible, place the candle on a heat proof surface.
• Do not burn candles beyond the paper line. 
• Do not burn the candle wrap.

We do our best to take photos that show the items' colour as accurately as possible however due to differences in computer monitors' colour settings and in lighting when taking photos, the colour of your finished product may differ.
