This package suits couples who have it mostly under control but need some assistance on the day to help pull it altogether. This includes a review of all of your event documents to ensure that everything is set in place, including contact with all vendors and suppliers the week prior to your BIG day. We will be there to manage your ceremony and reception as well as oversee the set up to ensure you and your guests can focus on enjoying the party.
The perfect package if you have some suppliers already booked, some ideas that still need delivering on, or simply you would just like to collaborate with a local industry professional to ensure you have picked the best suppliers that match your requirements. We will put together a package to cover exactly what you need.
From the beginning , we will be there to help you create your perfect wedding day! Venue scouting, supplier meetings, styling advice and final touches are just a few examples of the tasks we will manage for you. Ensuring we cover all elements, leaving you both to enjoy the process along the way. And then we will put it all together for you on the Big day.
Whether you need help choosing the regions best suppliers, or you just need help arranging your guests transportation for the weekend, this option really allows you to pick and choose the elements that you wish to have us look after. This is a hard one as is personal.
Depends on the age and if they are family or friends.
I try to stick to a few rules like
close family children only, the ones you have alot to do with this could be all ages.
Choose ages between newborn to 2yrs, they are a little easier to control and little Babies need their mum.
and another thing is you want your family and friends to be enjoying your wedding with you not running after children they may even like to have the night off.
It is a hard choice but generally you pay for children and they dont eat that much but can also make thing fun and interesting, so either way you look at it you will be smiling.
Remember above all it is your day and you have to be happy with all the choices you make not your family and friends.

What do you think about having a childrens creche at the wedding?

A Creche is a great idea and has pros & cons like most things.
It will give your guests piece of mind knowing that their childern will be looked after and they are close at hand if needed.
But if you have been to a childcare centre before you will realise how loud and active the children are when all together.
Make sure if you do decide to go with the idea that you will be close enough but far enough away that it will not distrupt the reception.
Supply enough games, draws and toys to keep the children entertained but also bedding as children will get tired.
Have children around adds great excitment and joy but the day is about you so make sure it is what you want not what you feel you should provide for others.

Well that really depends on what you need.
Some have packages to suit the amount of imput that you need help with and other tailor the pricing to suit each individual couple.
Be a quick run down
On The Day - means that the wedding planner will be there to make your wedding day run smoothly, from setting up the ceremony area to creating the perfect reception. They will generally also do a Wedding Event Order, this is used by the suppliers as a time line of events to how the wedding & reception will be running. They will also contact the vendor a few week to touch base as to a timing for when vendors will be bumping in & out, they may even have a Vendor Bump Sheet also.
Styling - Means that they have helped you coordinate & structure your styling with the help of florists, hire companies & decor.
Full Service - Means that the Planner will be with you every step of the way, guiding you thru the most import tasks to the small details that can easily be forgotten.
Ultimately it is up to you the amount of input and details that you want your planner to supply and what you are happy to do your self.
If you are planning a huge wedding or a small gathering a planner is a valuable helper either way.
