Founded in 2010, Flaire Events is a Wedding Planning and Event Coordinating company obsessed with creating flawless events. We believe it is the little joys in life that matter the most, and we specialise in those little details, from place cards to perfectly-timed music, that make a wedding memorable.
We work together with you, your family, and our amazing team of vendors to seamlessly turn your dream wedding into a reality. From planning and execution to design and styling, plus all those easy-to-miss details (that we love) in between, we will effortlessly manage your wedding so that you can focus on what kind of dance moves you’re gonna break out at the reception instead!

Services from a Wedding Planner are more affordable than you think!
Statistics show that a planner is only 7 - 8% of your wedding budget.
There are different tiers of planners available, (Standard, Premium and Elite), the higher the tier the more prestigious the services and the higher you would pay for their services. The best is to contact them, book a chat to find out which one you connect best with!
It’s important to get along well with your planner as it’s a long personal process and there must be a relationship of trust between the planner and the couple from start to finish!
This is pretty much an Event Coordinator that can think on their feet, resolve, or smooth over challenges that come up on your wedding day without interrupting the party! They would work closely with the venue and suppliers to ensure everything stays on track for a flawless event.
Try not to confuse a venue coordinator with an ‘On the Day’ Coordinator from an external company. Venue Coordinators usually leave once you have arrived and only do what’s best for the company they are employed with, where as an ‘On the Day’ Coordinator is there for you, your partner and guests to ensure the party gets started and to see to your personal needs, like if dads had a few too many beers before his speech, or the bustle needs a bit of extra stitching... yes this happens!
Let's face it, things may pop up on a wedding day that are out of our control. The best way to handle it is to find a suitable resolution and embrace it!
i.e. It starts raining on your summer wedding day, it's not the end of the world! that's what touch up makeup and hair spray if for!
Plus.. your photo's will probably turn out better that you realise!
Try to remember it's about the moment you tie the knot with the person you love :)

I have set the date, booked the venue but not much else! Now what?

Congratulations, let the planning begin!
Are you going to hire a planner or DIY? A planner will be able to give you an appropriate timeline for booking of suppliers and working out the vision tou have for the big day. If you choose to DIY get your hands on a wedding timeline to work out your own schedule, pinterest have some good choices ??
Once you have your timeline best to try stick to it, reduce any unnecessary stress!

Hi,
No doubt, planning a wedding is not an easy task for most couples, as a professional in the industry, it comes down to the knowledge and experience a planner would have vs. the engaged couple and what field they work in.
i.e. a qualified accountant would probably know better than their clients, hence why someone would hre them :)
Wedding planners arrange events for a living, we take away any potential stress that may be caused for planning a wedding day. With all the networking and meeting we do in our industry we know who is who and the best way to get the job done without having to jump through hoops :)
