Perfection down to the detail. Hunter Events offers end to end service for your wedding, as planners and stylists. Louise called me within 2 minutes of submitting my query, and she welcomed us into her office to discuss our wedding planning needs. Every single detail was considered and she has a wide network of contacts within the Hunter Region and NSW to bring your vision to life. Her team always followed up and kept track of costs, suppliers and communications. Louise and team are like family and we had such a positive experience with Hunter Events. We are terribly sad that our wedding is over and we will miss them dearly!. Louise always has a solution and contingencies for her couples and is a problem solver. Even on the day support, she went above and beyond with her ready to go emergency kit (sewing kit, bobby pins). Highly recommend!

We found the company easy to work with and very understanding of our needs. The planning became more stress free and I didn't have to worry about set up as Hunter Events had is covered 😊 this was a major relief off our day as we had to travel 5hrs to our location the day before. We found pricing of our services reasonable for what we needed and Gaby did amazing set up at our venue for the day as well as was a super calming presence before the ceremony. There are no words to truly describe how wonderful the ladies at Hunter Events are. Lousie, Gabby and the team work so hard at providing their couples with the most amazing day. Their attention to detail is second to none! I could not have pulled off a wedding without them! Truly, every aspect of the day ran seamlessly because of them and I can honestly say if there was even the slightest of hitches I had no clue because they had absolutely every last thing handled! They also were so truly amazing in the lead up to the big day and offered so much support, care and kindness to a bride who was very anxious but because of them I got to the day and felt nothing but confidence.
