Offering arbour styling, all-inclusive ceremony packages, on-the-day coordination and exclusive hire items (Beautiful hand designed Wooden Hexagon Arbour, anyone?) there’s nothing Cohesion Events can’t help you with. Perth brides and grooms will have the opportunity to work with one of the best wedding coordinators in the business! Cohesion Events is operated by founder Danielle McTaggart, a passionate and driven events professional with more than 10 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry - so you know your ceremony is in good hands!

Will you be there on the wedding day?

Yes! Danielle or a family member can be there on your wedding day to set up your ceremony, style the area, and to ensure things run smoothly, like clockwork. You won't need to worry about a thing, the Cohesion Events team will take care of all the details and tackle any roadblocks that may arise on the day.

What packages do you offer?

All-Inclusive Ceremony Packages:

Bliss Package

• Essential Ceremony Styling Package, including styling and hire with set up, pack down & delivery.

• 1 Hour Photography Session, with up to 100 edited images uploaded in a password-protected gallery. 

• Keep it Simple Celebrant Package, including all legal documents.

Blissful Package

• Full Ceremony Styling Package with upgrades, including styling and hire with set up, pack down and delivery.

• 2 Hour Photography Session, with 100-200 edited images uploaded in a password-protected gallery. 

• Personalised Celebrant Package, including all legal documents.

Wedding Coordination Package-

Pre Ceremony:

• Informal chat on your preferred day and time to discuss your ideas and plans. 

• Tips, guidance, support and plenty of communication from booking to your wedding day.

• Cohesion Events will liaise with vendors and organise them in the lead up to the wedding, informing them of location and arrival times.

• Create a detailed run sheet of your wedding day.

• Site visit and ceremony rehearsal.

On your wedding day:

• Be the main point of contact and oversee all vendors and guests.

• Ensure the details are taken care of (eg: light candles).

• Handle any roadblocks quickly and efficiently.

• All wedding coordination duties, so you can be present and stress-free on your magical day.
