Fun & relaxed, nature lover, excited by far out of the way wide open spaces. Husband to talented makeup artist, Kat Louise and puppy parent to 2 year old Kelpie, Jet. Before studying photography 8 years ago, I was a climbing & canyoning guide in the Blue Mountains. I still love getting out for a climb, though spend a lot more of my time travelling the country in our four wheel drive. Kat said “yes” on a sand dune while crossing the Simpson Desert.

Both my editing and shooting styles are consistent. My photography style is clean and timeless with emphasis on capturing authentic love and affection. On the day it’s my goal to create a comfortable environment for everybody to be themselves and celebrate uninhibited so that I can create beautiful genuine photos of your day. I’m often told that having me with you on the day is like having an extended member of the family or an old friend of the family there, who just happens to have a camera with them.
Because every wedding day is unique and you're often booking your photographer so far in advance of finalising your wedding day plans, it can be a little tricky to know just how long you should be booking your photographer for the day.
To make things super easy and as stress free as possible, when you book me to photograph your wedding, I’m with you all day, up to and including the coverage of your first dance. No matter if things run a little behind on the day and 10 hours turns into 11 hours, the price stays the same. Once booked, I simply work with the two of you throughout the year to come up with the best timeline to suit your plans, one which ensures everything that's important to the two of you is captured and your day is as relaxing as possible. Want me there until the end of the night for your newlywed grand exit? No worries, that's a simple set rate too, just let me know.
The booking process is quick and easy. Once we've put together your customised package, everything is done via an online booking system. You simply follow the link in an email I send you to access your client portal. From there you can digitally sign your Service Agreement, pay your booking fee and the balance once it's due, all from the one spot.
Generally it's me alone on your wedding day, which makes for a super personal experience. Though in the instance that either travel between locations is too far or you're having a particularly large number of guests, a second photographer might be the best option to ensure complete coverage of your day.
I sure will! I love to travel and frequently visit venues, whether out of area, interstate or overseas that are new to me. It's one of the exciting parts of what I do. While I'm based in the Blue Mountains, I'm often at weddings in the Southern Highlands and Hunter valley. Recently I've been fortunate to photogaph weddings in NSW, ACT, QLD and even Switzerland! The first two hours of travel are included with your wedding booking. For anywhere beyong, there may be additional travel costs.
