FAQ

Basically it depends on what you want photographed on the day.  If you want "getting ready" photos of the bride & groom, ceremony, family, bride & groom and bridal party portraits, and then reception, you would be looking at 8 - 10+ hours coverage.

If you only want the ceremony, family, bridal party & couple portraits you may only need 3 hours coverage.  It all just depends on what you and your partner want captured on the day and your budget.

Normally I have a phone conversation with the venue before the day to ask any questions regarding restrictions, lighting and space issues.

I also ask if they can send me a map of the venue if applicable.

If I have never been there before I may physically go to the venue and scout the location for photo opportunities and lighting etc.

Yes, I do!  My engagement photo package starts at 30 mins at a location of choice for $350.

I shoot with digital full frame & mirrorless full frame cameras only

Yes, absolutely! You can purchase prints/ albums through your gallery. You will be able to choose which photos you want included in your album, and then it will be printed and shipped to your door! I only use high quality printing companies that specialise in professional photography printing.

Judy and Damon are amazing! We chose Iris Faith because we loved the photography style, but they were such a huge part of making our day fun and memorable. We had an 8 hour photography and videography package. Communication was amazing. Judy helped us prepare for the day, which was especially useful for our timeline. We had so much fun with you guys which helped to calm the nerves, and gave us some amazing, memorable moments together, away from all the chaos. I'm so glad that we'll always look back on our wedding day and remember the fun, and not the feeling of rushing through photos to get them over and done with. Thanks for being an epic part of our incredible day. 100 out of 10, would recommend :)

Amazing photographer and human ❤️ Judy was on point with both our wedding and engagement shoot, she worked really well with our videographer which she’d never met (I actually had people say they were a great team and thought they had worked together before). I couldn’t recommend Judy enough. Her candid take on photography is just stunning. She was so gorgeous and has a beautiful personality which makes her presence so personal. My husband and I are both quite awkward in front of the camera but as soon as Judy warmed us up there was no stopping us!! Judy and Damon are the dream team. We had Judy shoot our engagement photos and Damon shoot our wedding day. Judy is great at communicating and made us feel so at ease leading up to the wedding. Damon was fantastic on the day and captured some great moments. We're not used to being in front of a camera but Damon handled it all with ease. We received our sneak peak photos and absolutely love them. Would recommend to anyone.

How much do you charge for 9 hrs?

What can we expect to pay on average for 9 hours of photography at our wedding?

Hi, You can expect to pay anywhere between 2500+ depending on the experience & quality of the photographer.  My 8 hour photography package is $2,800 and an extra hour of photography is charged at $250 per hour.
