At your pre-wedding photo shoot, we spend as much time as necessary with you, checking out locations for your wedding photography. We listen to you and may suggest alternative ideas at the appropriate time.
Together, we are a creative team, always bouncing ideas between one another and our clients to produce some memorable images.

Dianne and Chris of Eternal Images , with a clear vision in my mind of endlessly beautiful weddings and how that beauty could be captured as a pure single moment in time, never to be lost, nor forgotten. I have been honoured to photograph countless weddings over these years from the golden vineyards of the Hunter Valley in New South Wales to the sweeping plains of the Hinterland in Queensland, all with pleasing results.

Well, it all depends on what each bridal couple requires of us as photographers - there are many factors that come into play.
The furthest we have travelled to photograph a wedding is the Daintree Hinterland in the Gold Coast area of sunny Queensland! However, we have the capacity and the drive to travel to anywhere in Australia to photograph such a wonderful occasion!
We have always LOVED, LOVED, LOVED wedding photography!! I guess its a mixture of capturing the anticipation and excitement in the air, building up to the ceremony and beyond. From the moment we meet the bridal couple, it is our utmost pleasure and duty to ensure that we deliver exactly what they want on their special day. Be it a small gathering in a relaxed atmosphere of a beautiful parkland by the seaside or a grand affair in a more formal atmosphere of a religious establishment, we aim to please!
To be able to be part of such a very special day in somebodys life - the witness of sacred nuptials - and record the event and produce some outstanding and memorable photos for the bridal couple to enjoy for years to come, is truly something else! Its capturing the joy and love that is truly palpable amongst the family and friends on such a special occasion that makes it all worthwhile. Its the tears of joy that countless brides have wept upon the receipt of their finished product from us, be it a simple usb to a fully customised hand made leather album, complete with silver or gold inscription of the bridal couples names and date! What more can I say!

Easy! Just ask your family and friends before the wedding day to refrain from taking photos on their phones during the ceremony and afterwards. Explain that this is a mark of respect to not only your wishes, but to the professional photographers that you have hired to cover your special day. Offer them a free photographic image of the bridal party and discounted prices on other images of their choice. That way, everybody will feel very grateful and special to have been considered in such a manner and be totally engrossed in your day. This, in turn, will allow them to not to miss out on any of the action and hence have more fun!
Should our bridal party be an even number?
Is it better to have even numbers for our photographs?

I dont think it matters a great deal. Regardless of the numbers, you have the people that represent your best friends and relatives and they are the ones you want to enjoy such a beautiful committment and moment in time!
Should we have a "first look"?
Eternal Images
I love the idea of capturing that first look from the groom when he spots his bride coming towards him. It really is a personal choice - either way is lovely. We take three camera bodies and four lenses with us whenever we have the beautiful opportunity to photograph a wedding, so no matter what we will capture that moment.
