About

I fell in love with the art of photography when I was in high school, completed my Diploma of Photography from TAFE, worked in a pro photo lab, worked for a very busy wedding photography studio and then started my own business. I operated 'Studio Bellissimo' portrait studio in Balcatta as well as 'Peter Dawson Photography' in Innaloo for many years. These were busy wedding and portrait studios. I closed for the Covid period. Photography is still my passion!

My husband and I met with several photographers before choosing Peter. He has a lovely friendly manner and the albums he showed use were gorgeous. To help us feel more comfortable he met us for a pre-wedding photo shoot which really helped us to be less nervous and more natural on the day. On the day Peter was fantastic he really made the guests and ourselves feel at ease. The photographs themselves turned out beautifully and really made the most of the lovely surroundings and they didn't come across as posed at all. Peter was really prompt in getting copies of the photos to us. We had a fantastic experience with him and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Thanks again Peter
