Welcome to our page! My name is Ian Coomar and I will be your main Wedding Photographer. I have a candid style of photography but also provide you with direction when needed. I love photographing raw emotion. Whether it be a beaming smile or tears of joy, it’s those unplanned moments that are my favourite to capture. We understand that every couple is unique and what each couple wants from their photographer can also be different. We take the time to understand your vision and provide you with a custom made wedding photography package. This way, you only pay for the inclusions you want. Simply get in touch and answer a few questions about your big day, then we'll be in touch with a specially designed photography package within 24 hours!
Our turnaround time will be dependent on the duration of the coverage provided. Weddings held across multiple days may take slightly longer, but typically we can turnaround photos for an 8 hour wedding in as early as 8 to 10 weeks. Within a week of your celebrations, we'll also provide you with a link to an online gallery containing approximately 60 sample. These are great to reflect on while you wait for your final album.
Yes, we give each image the attention it deserves and never compromise on quality. We don’t believe in batch editing our images and ensure that each image is reviewed on an individual basis so you receive the best out of each photograph.
Definitely! All our wedding packages are inclusive of a Pre Wedding Consultation. In this consultation we’ll talk through the entire day, from the time we meet you to the time we leave. Together, we’ll create a photography timeline, select photo shoot locations and discuss the finer details of your Ceremony and Reception. This is also a good opportunity to come to us with any last minute changes and/or additional requests that you may have. Having a Pre Wedding consultation ensures that we will all be on the same page so there are no surprises on the big day!
Yes, although we’re based in Melbourne, we cover weddings across Australia and Internationally.
Yes – most of our wedding photography packages are inclusive of a bonus Pre Wedding Couple Portrait Session. You will be able to experience what it will be like being in front of our lens so you don’t have to fear those camera nerves on your big day. Images from this session are also perfect for a Guest Book, Canvas or Slideshow displays at your Wedding Reception.
Yes, we do have a second shooter available. However, this will come at an additional cost. Although we do our best to keep your photography cost as low as possible, in some instances it may not be practical to capture your wedding with a single photographer. For example, if the bride and groom’s respective preparation locations are not in the same area, or if you have an early morning ceremony, it may be best to consider investing in a second shooter. This is something we will advise you of during the enquiry process.
