Hi, my name is Chris. I'm a photographer based in Melbourne and I'd love you to let me tell your story.

I love to emphasise the fun of weddings. My favourite part of a wedding (aside from the kiss, when you can feel the tension in the room pop like a balloon) is getting on the dance floor at the end and capturing people at their most uninhibited. Some of my favourite shots are of people chucking shapes on the dance floor and I always hang around to make sure no one is missed! It has nothing to do with enjoying a boogie myself, no.

My style is easy and relaxed. I like to shoot as unobtrusively as possible. I document your day, not direct it. I won’t tell you what to do or demand everyone gather together for a group shot, just when the party is getting started. I don’t stage anything, so I won’t put your bouquet on a random chair, or put your rings inside a flower. If I do my job properly you won't know I'm there most of the time!
