How would most of the couples you’ve worked with describe your wedding day personalities? 

I think our clients would describe us as relaxed, friendly, organised, and efficient with times and locations.

What’s the number one thing you always do or recommend when couples are nervous in front of the camera? 

We encourage our couples/bridal party to take some time after the ceremony and before we start the photo session to have a few simple things to eat and some drinks. This allows them time to relax before we start the photographs. Almost without exception this works well and contributes to a relaxed and fun photo session.

At A Woman’s Touch Photography, do you usually meet with couples prior to their wedding day?

We always meet with the bride and groom prior to their wedding to finalise all the details, including times, locations etc...

Do you offer engagement photoshoots or any other type of photoshoot before the wedding?

Yes, and we encourage the bride to take the opportunity to have a trial run for her makeup and hairstyling.

What types of wedding photo albums do you offer?

We offer two types of albums, the more traditional style with matted prints on each page with a few edge-to-edge prints, and a more contemporary style with all prints printed edge to edge on the page and printed on art paper.

Do you shoot film or digital?

We shoot digital at A Woman’s Touch Photography.

Do you usually work alone or with a second shooter and/or photography assistant?

We work as a team, both photographing, but of course from different angles.

Can you share a couple of your favourite local photography locations in WA?

Inner-city Perth, Swan Valley, Fremantle.

Tell us about your wedding photography packages at A Woman’s Touch.

Our packages, either for an album or digital files only, include two photographers for the coverage of the groom and bride preparation, ceremony, family photos and bridal party photo session.  

If you only want a very reduced photography coverage of your wedding, then we quote according to your individual requirements. If the bride and groom wish to have the whole day photographed up to the start of the reception, then that is what our packages include, we do not limit it to a set number of hours.
