Do you recommend one or two photographers for our wedding day?

Divon Photography recommends having two photographers on your wedding day to provide better coverage. The more cameras, especially if you’d like to capture multiple activities happening in different locations. Being able to view your wedding through different creative lenses and angles is also a bonus!

FAQ

It really depends on your wedding. We offer a variety of options. Our most popular option is 12 hours, it will cover most of the wedding from getting ready to the exit of the reception. The minimum for most weekends is 8 hrs. 

Additional hours can be added to any collection you picked.

Weather is something we cannot control, try not to worry about it. As long as you have a wet weather plan set up beforehand you will be fine. Trust me, rain gives your photos more mood and its lucky to get married in the rain!

For the majority of the weddings we recommend two photographers. Two photographers provide better coverage especially when there are activities in separate locations. It also gives you different angles and viewpoints throughout the day.

O M G! We are so happy and hornored to have Divon's team for photo and video shooting on our wedding day. Firstly, Franky just an amazing guy. He has been so detail and customer oriented. He setup the initial wedding day plan with us. And we started everything based on the plan. And in the end it, it was the best day of our lives. Also he is very accommodating for our requests and work around our plan. On the day, he not only did amazing photos but also communicated with our guests and bridal party to get as many photos as possible. Secondly, Divon's team, Dan and Kevin. Very very professional. They were around us all the time. But they are like ghost. You would not notice they are there which made the photos are very natural. And during the later photo session, guys taking the time to get the perfect frame. After all day they tried their best to get lots of amazing photos for us. How to decide on a wedding photographer

Hi. There are so many amazing wedding photographers out there, I'm getting decision anxiety. How do you know your photographer is the one for you? Thanks!

Choosing the right photographer is not an easy task. You will be overwhelmed on the day and you will not remember a thing. How you remember it will depend on us, how we capture it for you.
I guess here is a list of questions you can think about.
- Is their work appealing to you?
Try to look at the highlights from the same wedding rather than the best pictures from years of work.
- Not only their website, but also check out their social media 
How long do they deliver the images for you, do they provide sneak peeks photos after the wedding?
At Divon, we will post your sneak peak around 1-2 weeks after your wedding, check out our FB page and IG!
- Check out their wedding album sample
Maybe you are looking for digital files only. But by checking their albums, you will know if the photographer understands the most important part, how he/she tells a story using stills through an album. Also if a photographer understands prints, more likely the soft copies you get from them will look better when you print it yourself.
Divon only uses Italian made leather albums. Come to our studio and you can feel and touch the quality of our albums. Also you will see how Franky unfolds your story using pictures.
- Do they have a studio or work from their backyard?
There is nothing wrong working from their backyard. But for the established professional, they will prefer to have a proper studio where they can work, show their work and meet with you. More likely the backyard guys will have their main focus on their full-time job then your wedding photos.
