Perla Photography offers wedding packages with between 7 to 10 hours of coverage. This will include coverage of your wedding preparations, ceremony, family photos, a couples shoot and the reception (cutting of the cake/first dance/speeches). You are always welcome to add extra coverage on - the whole day will be exclusively booked for you, so there are limitless possibilities!

We promise we will smile (and cry) at your wedding (more smiling than crying, promise, but then again, speeches time always gets us!) We promise to fix the groom's boutonniere if needed (because after 400+ weddings we think we can consider ourselves partly florists).Does your gown need fluffling or your veil need shushing?!? Do not worry, Perla Photography is always to the rescue! ..but most of all we promise will be your cheerleaders with a camera.. and take pretty pictures too!

Perla Photography’s studio is located in Main Street, Mornington. All our meetings take place in our studio but we travel anywhere for wedding photography. Most of our weddings are based on the Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Valley, Dandenongs, Daylesford and all around VIC. We are also available for interstate/overseas weddings.
All our Collections include 7 hours of coverage. This time usually includes both the bride and the groom getting ready, ceremony, family formals, bridal/couple photo-shoot and part of the reception (cutting of the cake/first dance/speeches). However, we offer our couples the possibility of adding more hours to the chosen Collection if they wish. We also help our couples design their timeline to ensure that all the most important moments are covered.
Our photography style is dreamy, romantic but most of all real, just like our couples! ?? Our aim is to capture your day as it really is, a natural reflection of who you are as a couple and the Love that is between you combined with lots of scenery shots and the nature that surrounds you. If you love natural light, soft and light editing, not super imposed poses, lanscape/scenery images and unforgettable sunsets, than Perla Photography is the right photographer for you!
We love capturing those natural moments that unfold during your Day. We truly believe that the raw emotions, less perfect moments are really the ones that will make your wedding and that will make you laugh/cry one day.. while you are flicking through the pages of your album. However, we also want to give you those amazing images, the ones with the perfect light, with the perfect posing.. the ones you will print and hang on your walls where you are looking like movie stars ?? .. For this reason, we offer more guidance during the couple/bridal photo-shoot.
You will receive all the images at the highest resolution (printing quality) beautifully reworked and free of watermark between 3 and 6 weeks (depending on the wedding season).
Yes, Art Books are custom designed and made by professional binderies. These books will last a lifetime and they are a worthy wedding investment. You can view some albums on our website and also on our Instagram page @perlaphotography
Yes, we always have a full frame back-up camera and various lenses that we use according to the style we want to give to the images and the light that the weather gods provide us with ??
Yes, we do.
Absolutely not. Some couples love to come to the studio and meet us and have a touch and feel experience with our wedding art albums. However, we have many couples that book us from interstate and overseas. In such cases, emails, phone calls and Skype meetings are all possible!
Two steps are required. We will send you Terms and Conditions that need to be signed and returned to us and an Invoice. Upon paying 20% of the amount your date is locked in! The remainder is due one month prior to your wedding date.

Hi there a photographer is an expensive part of our wedding day, and I have heard of some horror stories of couples having watermarks on their photos and having to pay extra to use their photos so after the day (i.e. to print and put on the wall or share to personal socials? Is that normal or expected i am a bit scared of all photographers and the legal stuff! Thanks Bree
